Glenda L. Hamilton – Reviews documented information from the medical records of patients, and reviews the clinical patient care databases for the facility and physician billing. Glenda assures the completeness and accuracy of diagnostic and procedure documentation for the facility and physician billing as well as optimizes appropriate reimbursement by the timely identification of incomplete billing and documentation.   
  Glenda administers prospective and retrospective educational sessions to new Physicians, Residents, Fellows and other clinicians. Documentation and/or operational processes needing improvement are communicated and identified and marked with options for improved processing.  
 

 
  Special Projects:  
  Cardiology - Heart Failure Project, analysis and assessment of facility and physician billing in respect to PI, QI, Risk  
  Management and DRG assignment. Joint Commission reporting.  
  PME – Physician Medicare Education, Setup and educate New Physicians, Residents, Fellows and clinical staff on Medicare Guidelines for E&M coding.  
  NPP – Non-Physician Practitioners, setup and educate with Co-worker NPP guidelines and scenarios.  
  Critical Care – Setup and educate Fellows on Critical Care Guidelines  
  Encounter Forms – Manage 115 inpatient and outpatient clinical forms along with Outdating both inpatient and outpatient encounter forms to meet with Compliance guidelines.  
  EPIC – served on the electronic medical records inpatient planning committee for compliance of documentation in patient charts.  
  Policy & Procedures – Created new policy and procedures for out-patient and inpatient encounter forms both IDX and Non-IDX forms for 2006  
  CNI – Cooper Neurological Institute, create clinical template forms to meet with Compliance regulations documentation and billing purposes.
